Debbie Carroll recently retired from a career that spans over 30 years in the field of information technology servicing the finance industry. She held a number of senior positions including: CEO of White Clarke North America (a global software company); VP of IT & Operations at CIBC Finance; and VP at Citibank Canada. Debbie has joined CAABWA as Secretary-Treasurer.

Deborah Turnbull has been the Chair of the Board of the Canadian and African Business Women’s Alliance (CAABWA) since 2000.  Ms. Turnbull has worked in international development for 35 years and has undertaken hundreds of development projects in more than 60 developing countries and countries in transition.  Since 1998, Ms. Turnbull has taught a number of courses to undergraduate students enrolled in the International Development Studies program at the University of Toronto at Scarborough.
